Step 1: Choose Your Class Type
Pick your battle wisely. With 10 different classes to choose from, each class type provides a different training routine that ranges from body part targeted to performance based. All classes include cardio training and high intensity training making sure you get a good sweat.

Step 2: Battle It Out
It’s time to get ready and battle. Consisting of 3 zones, the workout will take you through an endurance run as well as 2 free weights and bodyweight exercises. Calorie burning, muscle toning and strengthening we’ll make sure we smash your personal goals. That’s how we like to battle. Are you game?

TRI-FACTOR
Our #1 signature Battleground class. A full body workout not for the faint hearted. Do you dare to battle?

WOBBLY
Focusing on the lower body, Wobbly targets muscles in the hips, butt and legs and you’re gonna wobble the next day.

RAPID
Featuring short but powerful and explosive exercises. Take your agility, speed and strenght training to the next level.

BODY BAY
A pure body weight class that aims to improve cardio and muscle strength. An ultimate muscle shredding class.

ABS-OLUTELY
We target not only your 6-pack but the entire core fora sweaty, crunching and sexy good time!

CAN’T BRUSH MY TEETH
With the focus being the upper body, your arms won’t feel like yours anymore!

1500
Named after the longest swimming event,1500 is a muscular endurance workout that will push you to your limits.

KNOCK OUT
A combination of boxing, running and weight training, this is the only time getting K.O.ed makes you feel like a winner!

ROCKSTAR
Rock this ascending and descending pyramid-style workout with varying weights and feel the difference in this muscle toning routine.

RUSH HOUR
A condensed version of Battleground classes, Rush Hour is a 35 minute class crafted for the hustling urbanite.
