COVID-19 has affected us in many ways and as we continue to battle and emerge stronger from this unprecedented challenge, we have made several changes to the way we operate. The safety of our staff and customers are our priority and here are the changes you can expect:
*Class must be canceled 8 hours prior to start to avoid late cancellation penalty
Before the workout
• Temperature Screening
Since Jan 2020, we have been conducting compulsory temperature screening for all members entering the studio.
• Contact Tracing
Implementation of SafeEntry and digital check-in. Customers are also assigned groups, rebounders and spots.
• Contactless Process
The entire process of checking in to leaving the studio is contactless.
• Safe Distancing & Hand Sanitisation
Clear markers around the studio to ensure safe distancing. We have also placed hand sanitizers at the front desk and in the waiting area. Customers are required to sanitize their hands upon entering the studio.
• Wearing of Face Mask
Wearing of a mask is compulsory when not working out.
• Locker Rotations
Only a fix number of people are allowed in the changing room at point in time. Please only use lockers that are marked as 'available'.
During the workout
• Reduced class capacity & Grouping format
Class size will be reduced to adhere to the Ministry of Health's (MOH) safe distancing guidelines. Customers will be assigned into groups (max of 5 in each group) and there should be no interaction between groups at all times.
• Enhanced cleaning process
No sharing to minimal sharing of equipment. Equipment that requires sharing must be wiped down and disinfected before the next use. Staff will use MOH's approved list of cleaning solutions to disinfect all common areas and equipment. After every class, studio equipment, doorknobs and rebounders will be wiped down and disinfected.
• Air purifier & dehumidifier
We currently have 1 air purifier and 1 dehumidifier in the entire premise. We will soon have additional air purifiers and dehumidifiers around the studio.
• Additional anti-bacterial wipes before you workout
Before each class, we will disinfect and clean all equipment. However, as an added safety measure, you may request for additional wipes to clean your area/equipment. Wet wipes are readily available in every studio.
• Punctuality
We regret to inform that latecomers will not be allowed into the class.
After the workout
• Shower Facilities
Shower facilities have reopened. However, communal items such as our soap and shampoo amenities are not available during this period.
• Back to back classes
If you are attending back to back classes, you may leave your belongings in the locker. However, you have to leave the studio and check out of SafeEntry. You have to check in again via SafeEntry 5-7 min before the class starts.
• Avoid social interactions
Please avoid mingling and social interactions.
• Wash your hands after the workout
Please wipe down your own station and wash your hands thoroughly after the workout.
