Joel Tan 

Head Trainer

Joel is the head trainer. He was named Singapore’s top 10 most influential people in health & wellness in 2018 by Singapore business review. He was a former national swimmer and completed mainly in sprints events. He was a formal national champion in 50m butterfly and 100 Breastroke, completed in Asian swimming and a finalist in 2011 Dubai Final World Cup Swimming Championship.


He specialises in hypertrophy, fat loss, youth fitness and strength & conditioning. 


Mattias Ng

Principal Trainer

Mattias is armed with a sports science diploma & business degree. He was a former national swimmer who represented Singapore notably at the 2010 Commonwealth Games in India & the 2009 Asian Youth Olympics in Singapore. 

He specialise in strength & conditioning, muscle building and injury rehabilitation. 


Principal Trainer 

Novie has many years of experience in functional, bodyweight and HIIT Training. She is a firm believer in building relationships with clients. She is well known for her caring and nurturing attitude. Novie also has many years of experience as a professional dancer. 

Senior Trainer 

Hubert Chen 

Having been in the fitness industry for almost a decade, Hubert has many years of experience in conducting group fitness classes and personal training. He is also an avid runner who has conducted running workshops.

He specialises in functional training, weight management and strength & conditioning. 

Mae Tan 


Mae was a formal national swimmer. She specialises in muscular strength & endurance and sustainable weight management. She is a strong believer that one must enjoy their fitness journey. She is extremely cheerful and likeable.
